Adrian Cropley, ABC, Director and founder of Cropley Communication.
Adrian is a renowned change management and internal communications expert with over twenty years experience as strategist, executive coach, speaker and author.

Adrian is on the board of Australian-based IT company Evolve-IS, is a director on the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) international board and is the previous past president of the IABC in Victoria, Australia.

Adrian developed the Black Belt Internal communication program for Melcrum and continues to present this premier development program.

He guest lectures at RMIT University and has been a keynote speaker and workshop leader on change communication at international conferences in the USA, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Thailand.

Adrian and his team won an IABC Gold Quill Award for Ericsson’s CEO communication strategy in 2004.

Judy Edsall, Executive Coach
Judy is a speaker, HR consultant, and executive coach who has worked at professional and senior executive levels in Australia and globally. During a 19 year career with Ericsson, she led and participated in many global teams and was involved in developing a global leadership curriculum for Ericsson management.

Judy works effectively with people at all levels and from diverse cultures. She is a credible senior executive capable of facilitating growth and development in others whether it be via one-on-one coaching or group-based development initiatives.

Patrick Wilson, Consultant, HR Specialist
Patrick has extensive experience in implementing HR initiatives - particularly in remuneration, relocation and share plans - gained during his 20 year career. He has a supportive, collaborative style and consistently builds successful relationships with people at all levels. He has a strong understanding of HR policies and principles and brings this to bear in communications and change projects.

Patrick assists Cropley clients manage impacts of change on staff and define how their HR processes will reflect the change. He also runs the recruitment process for one of Cropley's major clients.

Melissa Wallace, Consultant
Melissa is a writer, events manager and an all-rounder who helps the team with anything and everything, particularly maintaining Cropley Communication’s client-relations, coordinating client campaigns and workshops and writing newsletters, websites, proposals, speeches and presentations. Melissa has just completed her BA (Public Relations), majoring in Journalism, from Deakin University.

Pauline McGinnes, Consultant & Coach
Pauline is an internal communications and change professional who has worked extensively on significant business change projects in complex, corporate organisations such as KPMG and the Shell Company of Australia. Pauline provides coaching and change consultancy for Cropley Communications and is an expert in internal communication strategies.

She has a collaborative, engaging style and establishes effective relationships with people at all levels of an organisation. She is experienced in working with global teams and with diverse cultures.

Cassandra Cropley, Assistant
Cassandra keeps it in the family taking on the role of assistant and office manager. Cassandra is currently studying her Bachelor of event management at Victoria University. Cassandra has a passion for event management and is the social media whiz focussing on the reasearch, organisational planning within the team.
